In 2023, we thought all-male panels and media interviews would be a thing of the past but they persist, reminding us that progress often takes direct action and ongoing commitment. When women are left out of these platforms, it not only perpetuates gender inequality and reinforces the outdated idea that women’s voices aren’t as valuable or relevant, but also stifles innovation and limits the range of perspectives being shared.
